Born in Astrakhan, Russia, President Aleksander Hilohiko's official birth certificate states that he was born on January 3rd, 1943. However, due to the speculations, he was likely born around 1547, where President Hilohiko has said some details about his youth. During his youth, according to the president, tragedy struck when a fire engulfed a camp-like location where he, along with his friends and beloved babushka, were present. Unfortunately, the fire claimed the lives of his companions and his dear grandmother, while he miraculously survived. Despite his survival, he chose not to establish contact with his family, even after the birth of his brother, Ivan Hilohiko. Little information is available about his life during this period.
In the 1980s, he relocated to Arstotzka, where he became a victim of the Arstotzkan Genocide under the dictatorial rule of the country. Subsequently, during World War V, President Hilohiko served as a soldier in the Siege of Ruthburg in the nation of Palay. In the early 2000s, he embarked on his political campaign, ultimately leading to his victory in the December 2004 elections following the resignation of President Mikhail Nikitin. Privately, the late President Nikitin had desired President Hilohiko's triumph, a wish that was fulfilled.
