Why was 909-10 Terminated?
It all began on May 7th, 2004, when 909-10 killed the former 909-6. In response, the 909 Council erased all records of 909-10 and administered amnestics to anyone who had knowledge of this member. However, some individuals still remember who 909-10 was, and they have provided some intriguing insights.
According to these sources, 909-10 was a peacekeeper who signed treaties to end famous wars like "The 7 Years' War," World War I, and "The 6 Day War." They were also known for their ability to lift people's spirits when they were feeling down.
Despite their admirable qualities, 909-10 was consumed with jealousy when 909-6 beat them in a contest held by the Council. 909-6's happiness and kindness drove 909-10 into a fury, which ultimately led to their termination by 909-7 and the SCP Foundation's Red Right Hand.

909-10 was a kind man, he really wanted to be a good man like 909-6, when he found out that 909-6 had beaten him and 909-6 became the happiest and kindness one in the Council, he was furious.
909-10's appearance, gender, descent, country of origin and age differs within other people who've seen them in public, 909-10's old job was the Peace keeper, signing peace treaties that ended famous wars like "The 7 Years' War, WWI and The 6 Day War" they also used to cheer many people when they need it.
What was the appearance of 909-10?
As for 909-10's appearance, gender, descent, country of origin, and age, it's difficult to say. Witnesses who claim to have seen this member in public have described 909-10 in vastly different ways, leaving us to wonder about the true identity of this mysterious figure.
Although the 909 Council may have erased all records of 909-10 and amnesticized those who knew about them, the memory of this member lives on. Perhaps one day, we will uncover the truth behind the Tenth Consulate and their ultimate fate.

1. Male, Indonesian descent, French origin, appears to be in his 40s
He was a former peacekeeper who signed peace treaties that ended famous wars such as "The 7 Years' War," "WWI," and "The 6 Day War." He was known for his calm and mature personality, and his goal for the world was world peace. However, on May 7th, 2004, he was terminated for killing the former 909-6, and his files were erased and incinerated by the 909 Council. Despite his accomplishments, 909-10 was forgotten from history itself.
2. Female, Maori descent appears to be in her 30s
She was the only known member of the Council believed to be recruited from outside the Council. She bore a striking resemblance to a clone of Donna Whetu Taylor, better known as O5-9 in the Overseer Council. Taylor was a noted geologist who apparently took her own life in 1985 after a massive scandal involving severe academic misconduct was revealed, professionally ruining her credibility and involving her in a number of lawsuits for fraud and the misuse of public funding.
3. Male. European Descent. American Origin. in his mid-sixties.
He depicted a US General in the American Civil War, most likely General James Alexander Darkstar. He fought Confederates near Savanna, Georgia, along with General Sherman and took out General Forrest in Tennessee. He was also the one who ordered General Ulysses S Grant to meet General Lee in Appomattox. He survived thanks to SCP-006, The Fountain of Youth, and he always wanted to achieve his goal of being famous one day. However, he was a very unpopular general.
4. Caucasian Male. Scottish Descent. Appears to be in his late fifties
He was former American Union Brigadier General David Hunter, who fought for the North in the American Civil War. After the war, he returned to his home state of Delaware and worked as a comedian for a few years before retiring. He joined the Council in 1912 at the age of 105, and with the help of SCP-006, his youth was returned. He ran a competition against 909-6, which he lost, and this drove him into a murderous rage. He killed 909-6 in his sleep after sneaking into his apartment building, and seven days later, he was found and arrested. Despite his appearance, he was one of the oldest members of the Council.
