North Philippines, officially the Philippine Soviet Socialist Republics is a country located in Southeast Asia. It is situated in the northern part of the Philippine Islands, and while its evil capitalist neighbor is located at the southern part of the Philippine Islands. The southern part is called Southern Philippine Imperialist, but most often called South Philippines or the Republic of the Philippines by other capitalist countries.
History:
The North Philippines started when the CPP disintegrated. This causes the rebels hide in caves to prevent caught capitalist army. Its leader, Baloy Manuel, have been exiled in Russia. He escaped in Russia and flew of to Arstotzka and helped by the Arstotzkan Government.
The socialist rebels were able to be saved, and with that, Arstotzka was able to help the rebels rise from ashes. Then took revolution and occupied the north.
The North Philippines even helped Arstotzka to remove United States out of its rank, until its territory have transformed back into the Thirteen Colonies. Until United Kingdom was able to invade United States and take control of it again. Making Arstotzka the world's superpower.

The economy of North Philippines is regularly stablizing, with the support of Arstotzka. Speaking of stablization, the North Philippines trades with Eurasia exponentially. It has $4.6 billion GDP rate. For now, it will have a neutral increase.
