Following the conclusion of The 6-Years War, the Treaty of Vedor dictated significant territorial losses for Kolechia, particularly along its border with Arstotzka. The eastern part of Grestin was ceded to Arstotzka, and East Grestin became the new capital city. To facilitate travel and entry into Arstotzka, a border checkpoint was established between West and East Grestin, allowing travelers from other countries in Novum Terras to finally visit Arstotzka. An election was held from October 1st to October 31st to choose the inspector for the new border checkpoint, known as the October Labor Lottery. Three candidates participated in the election: Sossed, Harold, and Wilhelm.
