He is a middle-aged man with receding hairline, holding a Ph.D in Russian Literature and 19 other Ph.Ds in various fields of science, engineering, and clinical services. Standing at approximately 6 feet and 2 inches tall, 909-10 presents himself as a do-gooder. However, his nickname, "The Deceiver," speaks volumes. He manipulates and deceives others for personal gain, including wealth, fame, and more. He has even betrayed his fellow 909 friends and colleagues, supporting a racist and toxic leadership by lying and convincing people.
Many 909 Consulates consider him the black sheep of the 909 Council. He frequently fabricates his nationality and ethnicity, claiming to be French, Sudanese, Indonesian, and Indian all at once. It is worth noting that he maintains a private residence in ██████, ██████, Ghana.
